Miner 2019er .crt bug fix

Just to let you know a small bug had infiltrated the cartridge (.crt) file that was included in the download bundle. The bug caused the hi-score save feature in this .crt file to not work properly on some devices.

The good news is Bounty Bob has given the bug a wallop with his pickaxe and the problem has now been solved. This means the hi-score save now works fine. The updated .crt file can now be found in the download bundle.

My thanks to Mike Robertson for sorting the issue (with the help of Bob's pickaxe of course!)
