Pick this game up a few days ago just to play on my C64 Mini. It runs really good on the system and the game is fun. Can honestly say I love the fact that you all still make games for C64. Looking forward to obtaining your other games.
Hi, if you are playing using a C64 emulator then you can save your progress using the snapshot feature - and if you are playing on a C64mini then that allows you to save your progress whenever you like :D
I'm enjoying it but it is very, very tough. Would the developers consider updating it so that you can start with more lives or something like that. I'm just a casual gamer (with a job and kids) so I haven't got the time to grind and grind until I complete the game.

Really nice game! but I agree with rodoherty1. I would prefer some kind of checkpoint system so that you don't start from the beginning all the time.

I use a real C64
You could use a freeze cartridge like the Action Replay to save your progress - that would work on a real C64

There is a cheat mode for infinite health if you need it.
On title screen press "right right left left fire" your player will be red in game to show its worked.
